Answers to some common
questions:
What are pocket bikes?
Pocket bikes are small gas powered replicas based off of full size racing motorcycles and choppers. These are not toys for young children. They are recommended for ages 16 and up. Pocket Bikes, Super Pocket Bikes (larger frame) and Choppers are 49cc gas powered chain driven machines which in some cases can go speeds in excess of 50 mph. Most can support a riders weight of up to 250 lbs with the Super Pockets supporting up to 350 lbs. Due to the high rate of speed, they are not recommend for young children. (An electric Pocket Bike is available for younger riders.)
Are there different colors available?
Yes, however sometimes it's not possible to get the color you'd like. When ordering, you'll have the option to enter in a color you'd like in the PayPal notes section - we'll do our best to get it for you. The pocket bikes, super pocket bikes & choppers shown on this website are the most common colors and that is what can be expected.
Warranty?
All items in this website have a 30 exchange only warranty. Due to common use and wear plus the fact these are high end machines, basic maintenance and attention is required. These products are similar in warranty to any other type of motor amusement vehicle. In some cases we stock these items, most are specifically ordered for the customer. Just about all the products sold here come to you 98% assembled. Any defects would be noticed right away which we'll gladly take care of promptly. Once you receive one of our motorcycles, all that needs to be done (in most cases) is take them out of the box, adjust the handle bars, check and tighten brakes and grips, add gasoline and oil and your ready to go! (These motorcycles are extremely durable and should provide years of enjoyment when taken care of properly.)
What types of Payments do we accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa & PayPal payments online. All credit card and PayPal payments are run through a secure network via PayPal. We also accept personal or business checks (14 day clearing time before shipping) as well as money orders.
How do products ship & why is shipping so expensive?
Pocket Bikes are shipped via FedEx ground service. Super Pocket Bikes and Choppers are shipped via UPS. Pocket Bikes are heavy, boxes are oversized and are expensive to ship. (We do allow scheduled pick-ups)
What is the average delivery time?
Once your order is accepted, you can expect your Pocket bikes within 2 weeks.
